A smaller pool of meaningful specials (hunter, smoker, boomer, tank, witch) means they are always a threat and never to be taken lightly. While the L4D2 makes this game somewhat obsolete, as all of the content of this game is in the second, and more, this is where it all started, making this game more important. The original, classic game about fighting Zombies and fleeing to the chopper. Made in Source engine and old looking. Still good. You can play the same campaign in Left 4 Dead 2 though the experience would be different owing to the greater variety of special zombies in that game..
